As we embark on a new culinary journey, Head Chef Hoang Tung and the team at Å by TUNG would like to introduce to all dearest guests a mesmerizing dining experience, featuring an extensive 15-course tasting menu, for the first time in Ho Chi Minh City.
Officially launched from AUGUST 2024, the menu “WINDS OF CHANGE” celebrates the best of aesthetics, flavours, seasonality and fresh local produce.

Inspired by this whisper, the first vegetarian tasting menu was born, marking A by TUNG’s heartfelt debut in crafting a fully plant-based culinary journey – delicate, refined, and deeply connected to nature, featuring an extensive 13-course tasting menu, for the first time in Ho Chi Minh City.
