CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

Reservations for tables of 2 or more on Friday and Saturday, tables of 3 or more and smaller tables at certain peak periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day and Christmas Day) may require deposit in order to book.

With regard to cancellation/reduce: 

  • Before 04 days, free cancellation/reduce can be made. 

  • Within 02-03 days, cancellation/ reduce will be charged 50% of reservation amount.

  • From 01 days or no-show will be charged 100% of reservation amount. 

With regard to postpone/transfer

  • With a group of below 3 people: free postpone without notification in advance. 

  • From a group of 3 people:

    • Free postpone if notify before 5 days

    • 50% of reservation amount if notify within 5-02 days

    • 100% of reservation amount if notify before 1 days

The cancellation/ reduce fee reflects the cost of food, drink and staffing incurred by us in anticipation of the booking and lost revenue from the empty table.

A table is deemed to have “no showed” if they are more than 30 minutes late for their reservation and have made no contact with Å by TUNG.

The cancellation/reduce fee will be charged to the deposit used to secure the booking. We will send email/message notification of any charges made.

  • In Person: Come in to Å by TUNG any time during our opening hours and speak to our friendly staff.
